Every year Rugby Ottawa is proud to play host to touring sides that travel in from other parts of Canada, the US and Europe to play rugby. Ottawa boasts eight local clubs, many with a long proud tradition, with mens, womens and youth sides, as well as the Ottawa Harlequins who play in the Rugby Canada Super League. Just outside the city there are three other clubs in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union - Kingston, Brockville and Upper Ottawa Valley.

Ottawa makes a perfect place to play rugby. Not only does it have very competitive teams, it also has a wonderful home for rugby teams at Twin Elm Rugby Park, great local hotels, easy access to Montreal teams to the east and Toronto teams to the west, and a beautiful city to visit - Ottawa, the capital city of Canada.
