If you haven’t seen the movie Invictus yet, you are missing out on the most rugby you have ever seen in a movie. Plus a great story on the development of South Africa and how rugby played a part.
For those of you who have seen Invictus and want to know more about rugby in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario from Kingston and Napanee to Cornwall to Pembroke, you have come to the right place. Check out all the clubs, come out to Twin Elm Rugby Park when the season starts in the spring and watch here for where to see Six Nations Rugby.

Rugby Ontario, in conjunction with the Ontario Coaching Association, would like to offer this opportunity for any coaches wishing to complete the Level 3 Technical package.

Cost: $160
