The Annual National Capital Youth Rugby Festival offers balanced, competitive matches for junior men’s and women’s rugby teams within an exciting and festive atmosphere at the Twin Elm Rugby Park in Ottawa. Full facilities and five rugby pitches means the action and excitement are non-stop! Again this year the Festival is looking forward to welcoming youth clubs, schools and representative teams from Ontario, Wales, England and the United States. Current ages categories include U14, U16 and U18 junior men in addition to U18 junior women.
